My Travel Story

Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) is dedicated to providing leadership opportunities for our full-time students. This year marks the third year of CSI’s Leadership Program which spawned from a very successful Student Leadership Conference in March 2013.

One of the components is Global Service Leadership. This component of the CSI Leadership Program is designed to send interested students on a Global Service Trip to Guatemala over Reading Week (February 13-21, 2016) to partake in a Construction Project.

The cost of the trip per student is $2200 which includes their program fee, registration fee and building materials and supplies. This trip is completely volunteer based and is above and beyond students’ academic requirements. Amidst everyone’s busy academic schedules, assignments and exams and part-time jobs, this amazing group of 13 students will be volunteering their time over their break to contribute to a country less fortunate than ours.

Our goal is $5000 as a team and we would truly appreciate any donation to help offset some of the cost for these 13 students:
