I’m a third year Nursing student at Avila University working towards a Bachelors degree who aspires to be a multi-national nurse whom cares for the needs of those in underrepresented areas and people. With the goal of working and learning in many diverse countries and cultures. This experience to Quito, Ecuador will enhance my skills and experience to different health care systems as well as further my professional understanding of my native Spanish language. This experience will diversify my understanding of the healthcare system while also giving me a taste of their culture.
