Dear Friends and Family,
I’m excited to announce that I have been accepted into a volunteer program in Tanzania through International Volunteer HQ, where I’ll be focusing on childcare and teaching! This opportunity means so much to me, as it allows me to provide direct support to under-resourced communities while gaining invaluable life experiences.

Why Tanzania?
Tanzania is a country of immense beauty and vibrant culture, but many communities face challenges, particularly in education and childcare. Many children lack access to quality education and care, which are critical for their development. By volunteering in schools and childcare centers, I will work directly with local teachers to create an environment that supports children's growth, learning, and well-being. Those who know me know how much working with children and being able to teach gymnastics means to me, so I think this will be the perfect program for me!

What I’ll Be Doing:
Through IVHQ’s trusted volunteer programs, I’ll be:

 • Assisting in teaching basic subjects like English, math, and reading.

 • Providing care and support to young children in daycare centers.

 • Helping with classroom activities, games, and creative projects to stimulate learning.

My aim is to provide a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children while sharing knowledge and skills that will positively impact their futures.

How You Can Help:
My goal is to raise $3,500 to cover the costs of this meaningful experience, which includes:

Program fees to IVHQ (covering accommodation, meals, and in-country support)
Flights and travel insurance
Vaccinations and visa costs
