Run in North Korea
My Travel Story
Hello all! I am passionnate about running. Started 5 years ago, I completed my first half marathon in 2012, my first marathon in 2014, my first 70km in 2016 and my first 100km this year.
For 2018, my goal is to run not a longer distance, but target the incredible time of 3 hours, and run in a unexpected place where people don't go to see the nature or for the popularity of the spot.
My goal is to run in North Korea and compete in the 2018 Pyongang Marathon.
I will be leaving from Beijing by plane to Pyongang for 7 days, and I will come back to Beijing by train. This is an experience that will open my mind and get another view of this isolated country. I truly hope to be apart of this voyage.
Although I've been saving for this opportunity to pay my ticket to beijing, I would need additionnal support for the tour itself.
Funds will cover the following:
-Roundtrip plane ticket (Beijing to Pongyang)
-Hotel stay (April 6th - 13th)
-Transportation
-Visa
-All meals on the tour
-Expenses on site
Best,
Yohan
