Hello Everyone!

My name is Michelle Montes and I am a student at New Mexico State University (NMSU). I have always wanted to explore the outside of these great United States. With help from advisors, friends and family I thought of this great idea to further my education in another country. I have been told when opportunities like these arise, jump on them; so I did. In order to check this off my bucket list I need your help!

I'm hoping to raise enough funds to travel to Costa Rica through NMSU's Study Abroad Program. As part of my studies in Costa Rica, I will be enrolled in an intensive Spanish course, Educational Leadership courses and some fun classes where I will be learning about the Costa Rican culture.

Please help me get to Costa Rica! You gave me your time, the most thoughtful gift of all. Thank you for being awesome!

Me llamo Michelle Montes y estoy estudiando en la Universidad Estatal de Nuevo México (NMSU). Siempre he tenido la inquietud de explorar otros países fuera de los Estados Unidos. Con la ayuda de consejeros, amigos y familiares pensé en continuar mi educación en otro país. Me han dicho que oportunidades como ésta no se presentan a diario y hay que aprovecharlas cuando llegan, así que brinqué a la oportunidad. Para poder alcanzar ésta meta necesito de tu ayuda!

Tengo la esperanza de poder levantar suficientes fondos para viajar a Costa Rica y estudiar a travéz del Programa de Estudios en el Extranjero de NMSU. Durante mi tiempo en Costa Rica me inscribiré en un curso intensivo de Español, en clases de Liderazgo Educativo, yen  otras clases muy interesantes en las que aprenderé sobre la riqueza de la cultura Costaricense. 

Por favor ayúdame a llegar a Costa Rica! Por lo pronto me haz regalado tu tiempo, que es el regalo más significativo de todos. Gracias por ser excepcional!
