My Travel Story

I have been accepted into the Therapy Abroad Program for the summer of 2018. This means that I will be working alongside ASHA accredited Speech-Language Pathologists, working with the children and adults of Belize, and learning about new cultures that are vastly different from my own. This is a once and a lifetime opportunity for me to continue fulfilling my passion of helping people around the world. People today seem to be scared that we are all different individuals, but no one should ever feel ashamed because of how they look, love, act, or because of where they come from. I want to make a difference in this world, but I need your help.

    Deadline Approaching
    My final tuition payment is doing May 1st. I am so close to being fully funded and have fronted about 1500 dollars myself. I've been working as many hours as possible and sharing this page all the time. I can't wait for my trip.
    I'm sending my paperwork out over spring break, sometimes I forget that this is really happening and that I actually will be flying to Belize in July. I can't believe it.

    15th Donation
    Can't believe I'm over my 15th donation.... I've received two more since then! I am currently starting my spring semester at the College of Saint Rose and taking many CSD related classes and also Spanish to brush up before the big trip. Thank you to everyone :)
