Send Elizabeth "Rome" for the Holidays
My Travel Story
During my Winter Break, I will be attending a two week seminar in Rome, Italy and study Landscape Design, Art History and so much more. You must be wondering why an Environmental Horticulture major is traveling to a city instead of some unknown jungle. More and more people are now living in cities and those cities must be sustainable. Rome stands out as an ancient city with some modern design features, like a sewer system, public space and gardens. I spent 5 days in Rome as a teenager and loved it. I promised myself I would return one day. And now I am.
Mille gratzi!
