My Travel Story

This volunteer trip would be a meaningful experience for me because I would be interacting with children from the poor areas of Naples, Italy, by creating fun and engaging after school activities for them. Also  I have always wanted to travel to Italy and learn more about their culture, and what better way to do that than by serving the citizens of Italy. This experience is an opportunity for personal growth because it will allow me to learn how to work with other people from different countries and backgrounds, problem-solving skills, communication skills, discipline and how to become a better global citizen. This experience will help me with my future career as an artist because I will be working with people from all walks of life and I will have to be able to communicate with them in an effective way.
