Teaching English in NGO schools / orphanages in Cambodia by Jayde Choyce
My Travel Story
As an aspiring teacher, I made the decision to spend 2 weeks volunteering this January. I will be volunteering in schools and/or orphanages within Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I will be helping the children by teaching them English, helping with pronunciation and writing, conducting lesson plans, running activities and much more. This is my first solo trip, and I would love to be able to gather some money to donate cash and/or school supplies if I can - towards books, clothing, board games, pencils, sports equipment etc. Even if it's only a small amount! Anything is appreciated, whether it is $5 or a bunch of old pencils you have no use for anymore. Thanks :)
