It can't just be the people who can afford to pay their way who get the opportunities!

Caribe Fashion Specialist programs and projects have always been developed to grow emerging talent in our Fashion Industry. Sadly funding has always been an issue; most corporate sponsors focus on health, poverty, educational and sports initiatives. Established models and designers are the focus of the government and the private sector when supporting fashion initiatives. Thus growing or emerging brands in fashion are ranked low or not at all on the scale, leaving most overlooked.

CFS Fashion Tour is a groundbreaking initiative designed to provide Local emerging Models and Designers who are ready to approach the international market the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the world’s most prestigious fashion weeks. This project will immerse participants in the behind-the-scenes activities, selection processes, and live shows that define the global fashion industry. This offers a unique experience, to equip our Models and Designers with a deeper understanding of international industry standards and practices, which they can apply locally to elevate the fashion industry here at home.

CFS sees this approach as a way to stimulate the ability of stronger brands to increase sustainability locally and be better able to approach international competition. More established brands mean more jobs, and fewer persons needing assistance for health, poverty and educational issues. As the old saying goes "Give a man a fish and you feed him for one day; teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" and I dear say you not only feed him but those around him as well.
