Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic
My Travel Story
STUDY ABROAD PROGROGAM THROUGH ASU
A Taste of Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic
THE MONEY IS ONLY FOR AIRFARE AND THE PROGRAM FEE
I eat ramen every day. I am not the wealthiest person. I am grateful for being born in this country, to have freedoms others in this world do not have. I know I am poor but I am not as poor as some people in this world.
Ever since I was little I have been a caregiver. This is something I believe in wholeheartedly. I believe my purpose is to help people. I believe in the Golden Rule, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". This is how I live my life. I try to approach everyone I meet with love and respect.
This is such an opportunity for me help others. For me to make a difference in lives that need it. I have always wanted to be in the Peace Corp. I am looking for assistance to make this trip a reality.
