After going to Thailand in 2017, I was overwhelmed by the amount of stray and injured dogs on the street. After coming across the street dog rescue and rehabilitation program from the Global Work and Travel Co. I decided that I would love to go over and help out. Global has created this amazing program that sends volunteers over to Thailand to help rescue the stray and injured dogs off the street and nurse them back to health. Once the dogs are in perfect condition they send them over to Canada to be rehomed to their forever families. I'd not only love to be able to head over to Thailand to help rescue these dogs, but I'd love to volunteer to take these dogs with me over to Canada as there aren't enough people volunteering to do both sides of the program.
