Hi my name is Holly and my goal is to travel to Ghana as a voluteer worker and teaching assistant with the children in a village community - you can see some of children in the images on this and other pages. My passions are art and sport and I work hard to express myself and excell in both. One thing I am looking forward to is inviting the children into my world of creativity and being able to open their eyes as well as mine to new experiences. This is so special to me because I have struggled with academic subjects for a long time, and whilst I won't be beaten, it has been incredibly useful for me to have been introduced to other aspects of education, where I am now studying a more vocational subject, which is helping me see how we can truly influence the future of those less fortunate than us in such a positive way. I think that this story - going to this village community in Ghana, will be a real milestone for me and I am excited about the challenges to come.
