I am a Junior at NC State University. My major is Zoology, and I am also minoring in Spanish. I love people, soccer, animals, travel and playing the trumpet. Last summer I studied abroad to Peru through a program with NC State. I traveled to many exciting places including Lima, Machu Picchu, Cusco, Inca salt mines and ruins , Sacred Valley and many more. I lived with a host family there and made many amazing memories! Just recently on Spring break from school, I traveled to Mannheim, Germany; Paris; and Barcellona. I love to experience and learn about other people and cultures from all around the world. After graduation, my dream career would be to mesh my love of animals with people and the Spanish language across the globe. I am passionate about protecting animals and their ecosystems and reducing my ecological footprint in the world. My goal is to work toward a healthier, more sustainable development path — so that we don’t use up today what we’re going to need tomorrow.
